Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV)

The lettuce, located on the right of the photo, is infected with <b> Cucumber mosaic virus </b> (<i> Cucumber mosaic virus </i>, CMV).  The plants are less developed and show a more spread out habit compared to the healthy control plants on the left.
Chlorotic mottling and embossing of the lamina are, in many situations, the presence of <b> cucumber mosaic virus </b> (<i> Cucumber mosaic virus </i>, CMV) in salads.
The leaves of this batavia are more or less covered with necrotic and brown interveinal alterations.  Some leaves on the crown begin to dry out entirely.  <b> Lettuce mosaic virus </b> (<i> Lettuce mosaic virus </i>, LMV) and <b> cucumber mosaic virus </b> (<i> Cucumber mosaic virus </i>, CMV)
